Message sending the item. I would take pictures of the box, get a tracking # and attach to paypal transaction, etc. Since you already have the money the only way I can see him scamming you is disputing the transaction after receiving the item. If you can prove you sent the item you should be fine.
Maybe send him an email like "Hey, sending the package tomorrow. Out of curiosity what are you using this for because your Z is manual". If he doesn't respond then that gives you a slight alert, or if his answer seems like total bs.
Good luck! I'm sure you will be fine, but good idea to be careful.
